SHIPPING
All orders will be sent by An Post. In most cases orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. (Public Holidays and weekends will vary the time schedule).
If you wish delivery outside Ireland, please contact us for shipping rate.
RETURNS
We give 100% satisfaction guarantee, however if you're not satisfied with your order, return the items in the same condition within 7 days to receive a full refund.
Keep in mind that the clothes listed are not brand new, they are gently used and may show some signs of wear.
Should you need to return an item please inform us by email at flopsyshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items are to be returned at the customers own cost.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of the package.
If the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were originally sent, a refund will be immediately issued (minus shipping fees).
For any return please include, your name, address, telephone number and email address.
Goods returned after 7 days will not be refunded.
