We have manually selected each piece to ensure you will have a high quality item. Each item has been checked so even though it is pre-loved, it will have have minimum to no wear. We would have no problem dressing our own children in any of the clothes we sell.

We sell a variety of popular high street retailers and designers: Adams, Baby Gap, Benetton, Marks & Spencer, NEXT, Mothercare, Monsoon, Little Rocha, Zara and other popular brands.

As much as we can, we'll keep sets together. However, it does happen that a part of a set does not meet our quality guidelines and therefore will need to sell these items separately.

Our aim is to have new stock uploaded each week.

All clothes have been washed in non-bio powder & sensitive fabric conditioner.

• New With Tag: new, never worn, with tag.
  
• New Without Tag: new, never worn, but tag is missing.
  
• Great Condition: rarely worn, has no sign of wear.
  
• Good Condition: worn, little signs of wear.
  

We currently accept the major credit cards through Shopify Payments (powered by STRIPE) or you can use Paypal Direct and complete the transaction through Paypal. Both options are very secure. We don't store any billing details on our site, they stay with Shipify (STRIPE) or Paypal.

We use Polypost extra strong plastic bags that are tear resistant in order to ensure proper delivery. The bags are fully recyclable.

We aim for full satisfaction but if there is a need to return an item, send us a message via the contact us page within 48 hrs of receiving your order, and include

- which item you'd like to return

- the reason you wish to return it

- the date you purchased it

If the item is returned to us in the same condition within 7 days we will give a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Return postage and packaging will be at your own cost. Please include your name, contact number and email address in the return parcel.
